Glossy Black Elegant Floor

The homeowner chose a high gloss tile for the much of the first floor of his luxury house. High gloss tiles are known for their ability to reflect a lot of light thus adding depth and elegance. The area consists of a large kitchen and a lot of different rooms. Such layout requires a lot of measurements and calculations in order to avoid small pieces alongside walls and visible areas. This floor has been done with 24x24" tile which is one of the most common sizes for similar applications. In order to extend the longevity of the tile, first we installed Schluter Ditra, that prevents tile from cracking. Proper installation involves careful surface preparation, precise layout planning, and the use of high-quality adhesive and grout. Regular maintenance, including gentle cleaning and occasional sealing, will keep these tiles looking stunning for years to come.
